Description

A vibrant and colorful project to welcome kids back to school with a cheerful unicorn pencil wreath.

Materials

  • 10-12 colorful or patterned pencils
  • 1 soft fabric unicorn horn (or craft felt for DIY)
  • Pink yarn or ribbon for wrapping
  • 1 12-inch foam wreath or wire wreath form
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Scissors
  • Optional embellishments: glitter, sequins, or faux flowers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the wreath base by wrapping it with pink yarn or ribbon and securing it with hot glue.
  2. Attach the unicorn horn to the top of the wreath using hot glue.
  3. Add the colorful pencils around the wreath, securing them with hot glue.
  4. Embellish the wreath with glitter or sequins and faux flowers for extra charm.
  5. Final touches include adjusting placements and hanging your wreath on the front door.

Notes

Consider varying the lengths and colors of the pencils for more visual interest. Supervise children using the hot glue gun.
