Description

Transform clear glue into stunning pastel flower suncatchers that catch sunlight beautifully, creating a soft, colorful glow in your home.

Materials

  • Clear glue
  • Pastel liquid watercolor
  • Dried flower petals
  • Silicone mat
  • Toothpick

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by laying out a clean silicone mat on a flat surface.
  2. Squeeze out round puddles of clear glue on the silicone mat, aiming for about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  3. Add drops of pastel liquid watercolors onto the glue puddles.
  4. Sprinkle tiny dried flower petals onto the glue and colors.
  5. Use a toothpick to gently swirl the colors and petals together.
  6. Allow the creations to dry completely, which may take several hours or overnight.
  7. Carefully peel each suncatcher off the silicone mat and hang them in your window.

Notes

Use enough color for vibrant results, layer colors for depth, and experiment with different shapes using cookie cutters or parchment paper.
