Description

Create charming pastel roses adorned with crystal accents for stunning home decor and elegant bouquets.

Materials

  • Pastel-colored coffee filters
  • Scissors
  • Floral wire
  • Hot glue gun
  • Crystal accents (clear acrylic crystals or glass beads)
  • Floral tape
  • Green floral tape

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee filters by folding each in half, then in half again to form a quarter. Cut edges into a petal shape.
  2. Create the petals by unfolding the filters to reveal the shapes. Layer multiple filters for fuller flowers.
  3. Shape the petals by gently pulling and shaping their edges for a lifelike appearance.
  4. Assemble the roses by layering and gluing petals together with hot glue from the innermost petal outward.
  5. Add crystal accents by applying hot glue to attach them at the center of each rose.
  6. Create stems by cutting floral wire to length and wrapping it with green floral tape; glue flowers to secure.
  7. Final arrangement by gathering roses into a bouquet style.

Notes

Experiment with pastel colors and combinations. Supervise kids closely when using scissors and hot glue.
